Answering helpdesk calls and emails as a priority
As the first port of call for our clients, you'll be available for our clients over the phone and by email to help them succeed with technology.

Discussing and advising clients on new technologies
You'll take a consultative approach to IT support, advising our clients on new and improved ways to everyday problems.
Keen interest in technology
Whilst previous experience isn't necessary as training will be provided, you'll have a keen interest in the latest technology.

Excellent communication skills
You're the perfect communicator, keeping your colleagues and clients up-to-date with the latest developments.
